How to Return an Item
If you decide to return something, please email info@selletiq.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the steps.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition (unused and unwashed)
- Packaged with all original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
We recommend using a tracked courier service and packaging items securely to avoid damage during transit.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, contact us promptly at info@selletiq.com. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Should you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please send clear photos to info@selletiq.com. Once confirmed, we will arrange for the correct item or a replacement to be sent to you.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once we have inspected the returned item(s), a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.
If you prefer to exchange an item, please contact us at info@selletiq.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original state, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Our team will provide guidance on completing the exchange.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
